I signed up for more info, does that make me a VIP subscriber?I paid for a subscription and am waiting on my box. What do I get?
Signing up on the splash page was to inform you of the progress we’re making as a company and site. In order to become a VIP subscriber you have to be sure to open our email updates because when we open up “the list” to add more subscribers we let you know via email! get on the list You will receive 5-7 samples for curly hair along with special deals and discounts exclusively for curlBOX members. You may even find tools and accessories in your box. If you’re curious on how to use or looking for hair tips and tricks, you’ll want to be sure to check out the blog.
How much is a curlBOX subscription?Once I become a VIP subscriber do I have to sign up every month?
The curlBOX subscription is $20 a month. No way. Once you’re in you’re IN. We will bill you monthly on the 14th of the month until you decide to cancel.
I bought a yearly subscription. What happens when my subscription is over?Speaking of cancel, how do I cancel?
We will send you an email when your subscription is about to expire for you to renew. Now why would you want to go and do that? To cancel your subscription, send your name, email address, and order # to support@curlbox.com and we will cancel your subscription. We lock down the subscriptions on the 20th of the month. You must send your cancellation in before midnight on the 20th if you want to cancel and receive a refund.
When does my curlBOX ship? I moved, how do I change my address?
We ship curlBOX between the 7th and 12th of every month. You will receive a tracking number via email or you can check your account at shop.curlbox.com. We ship UPS and usps priority mail. go in to your account at shop.curlbox.com and update your shipping address. Then send an email to support@curlbox.com leting us know about the change. we will send you a confirmation email once your address is updated. You must tell us about your address change before the last day of the month to ensure that your curlbox goes to the correct address
Will I be able to customize my curlBOX? How much is shipping?
We don’t customize curlBOXes at this time but we continue to survey many of you to find out what would be great for your curls and based on what you’ve told us, we think you’ll love what we pick. Shipping is only $5!
I need more info on my samples I received. Where can I find it? What happens if I don’t like something in my curlBOX?

I’m allergic to some hair products. Can you assure me that my box won’t have products I’m not allergic to? Where can I buy the full-sized product? I love my sample so much!
While our goal is to meet the needs of our curly subscribers, we can’t guarantee products that you won’t be allergic to. so PLEASE be sure to check out the product ingredients on your sample before you try them to make sure that you’re A-OK! We take allergies and your curls VERY seriously! We encourge you to visit the websites of the various brands in the curlbox to purchase full size items.
